Terms of Service

Verodian is an AI shopping assistant. You describe what you want; we search across marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart, Best Buy, and others over time), rank the results, and show product cards with prices, reviews, and seller signals.

Verodian is not a marketplace and does not sell products. When you click a product card, you transact directly with the marketplace listed.

You must be 16 or older to use Verodian.

Sign-in is by magic link to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, sign out from /profile and email support@verodian.com.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@verodian.com. Deletion is irreversible and clears your chat history.

You agree not to:

• Use Verodian for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Nigerian or other applicable law.
• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or evade rate limits.
• Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the API. The marketplaces we integrate with each have their own terms; we route requests under our own developer credentials and are accountable for them.
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content (including CSAM and malware).
• Use the AI assistant to generate content prohibited by its underlying providers.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Verodian uses third-party AI models to interpret queries and summarise results. AI output is not always accurate. Treat product descriptions, deal scores, and seller assessments as guidance, not advice. Always verify pricing and condition on the marketplace before buying.

Prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, and tax are set by the marketplace. We snapshot listing data on a regular cadence but it can go stale between ticks. The marketplace’s listing is the source of truth at purchase time.

Some marketplace links may pay Verodian a referral commission when you buy. This is how we keep the service free. Commission does not influence ranking — the deal-score and ordering you see are derived from price, reviews, and seller-trust signals only. We disclose this here in line with FTC and ASA guidance.

The Verodian site, brand, and code are ours. Product images, descriptions, and reviews remain the property of their respective marketplaces and sellers. You retain ownership of anything you send to chat (queries, attached images); by sending them you grant Verodian a non-exclusive licence to process them in order to deliver the service.

Verodian is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or accuracy of results. The product is in active development; features may change or break.

To the extent permitted by law, Verodian and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or purchases that did not meet your expectations.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be brought before the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
